Tieto zásady vysvetľujú, aké osobné údaje spracúvame na webe cannabizzd.eu a v našej vernostnej aplikácii CannaBizz'D, a aké máš práva podľa nariadenia GDPR.
Aké údaje spracúvame
Web: Pri návšteve webu môžeš v cookie lište povoliť služby Google (meranie návštevnosti a reklama) a Featurable (zobrazenie Google recenzií). Obe používame len ak na to dáš súhlas; súhlas môžeš kedykoľvek zmeniť alebo odvolať cez odkaz Nastavenia cookies v pätičke stránky. Google Tag sa na stránke načíta vždy, takže Google dostane základné technické údaje o návšteve (napríklad IP adresu), ale kým nedáš súhlas, nezapisuje cookies. Server môže dočasne logovať technické údaje (IP adresa) na zabezpečenie prevádzky. Hosting stránky (GoDaddy) navyše pridáva vlastný monitorovací skript a cookies, ktoré z webu nevieme ovplyvniť; o vypnutie skriptu žiadame poskytovateľa.
Vernostná aplikácia:
- E-mailová adresa – na prihlásenie a identifikáciu účtu.
- Meno – voliteľné, ak ho zadáš.
- Dátum narodenia – na overenie veku 18+ a na narodeninovú zľavu.
- Body a história transakcií vo vernostnom programe.
- Zvolený jazyk aplikácie.
Nezbierame polohu ani platobné údaje a nepredávame žiadne produkty online.
Účely a právne základy
- Prevádzka vernostného programu (pripisovanie a uplatňovanie bodov) – plnenie zmluvy a oprávnený záujem (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b a f GDPR).
- Marketingové a analytické cookies – na základe tvojho súhlasu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a GDPR), ktorý môžeš kedykoľvek odvolať.
Príjemcovia a sprostredkovatelia
Údaje spracúvajú tieto služby:
- Supabase – databáza a prihlásenie (účet, body, história; servery v rámci EÚ). Web z nej berie aj otváracie hodiny predajní.
- Resend – odosielanie e-mailov z aplikácie (napr. potvrdenie e-mailu, obnova hesla).
- Expo – doručovanie aktualizácií aplikácie.
- Hostinger – hosting webovej verzie aplikácie (cannabizzd.app).
- GoDaddy – hosting tohto webu (cannabizzd.eu), vrátane vlastného monitorovacieho skriptu a cookies poskytovateľa.
- jsDelivr – sieť na doručovanie obsahu, z ktorej web načítava knižnicu na pripojenie k Supabase.
- Google (Google Tag, Google Ads) – meranie návštevnosti a reklama, len so súhlasom.
- Featurable – zobrazenie verejných Google recenzií, len so súhlasom; profilové fotky autorov sa načítavajú z Google.
Údaje nepredávame tretím stranám.
Doba uchovávania
Údaje účtu uchovávame, kým máš účet aktívny. Po zmazaní účtu sú údaje natrvalo odstránené. Cookies a údaje uložené v prehliadači majú vlastnú dobu platnosti, pozri tabuľku nižšie.

Lehoty Google uvádzame podľa dokumentácie Google; cookies na doménach Google spravuje Google a vymažeš ich v nastaveniach prehliadača. O vypnutie skriptu hostingu (GoDaddy) žiadame poskytovateľa.
Tvoje práva
Máš právo na prístup k údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť, namietanie a kedykoľvek odvolať súhlas. Žiadosť pošli na info@cannabizzd.eu. Máš tiež právo podať sťažnosť na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Vymazanie účtu
Účet a všetky údaje môžeš kedykoľvek natrvalo zmazať priamo v aplikácii (Profil → Vymazať účet) alebo na požiadanie e-mailom. Podrobný postup nájdeš na stránke Vymazanie účtu.
Vek
Web aj aplikácia sú určené výlučne osobám starším ako 18 rokov.
Zmeny zásad
Tieto zásady môžeme aktualizovať. O podstatných zmenách budeme informovať na tejto stránke.

This policy explains what personal data we process on cannabizzd.eu and in the CannaBizz'D loyalty app, and your rights under the GDPR.
What we process
Website: When you visit, the cookie bar lets you allow Google services (traffic measurement and advertising) and Featurable (showing Google reviews). We use both only if you consent; you can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the page footer. Google Tag always loads on the page, so Google receives basic technical data of the visit (for example the IP address), but it sets no cookies until you consent. The server may temporarily log technical data (IP address) to keep the service secure. The website host (GoDaddy) also adds its own monitoring script and cookies that we cannot control from the website; we are asking the provider to switch the script off.
Loyalty app:
- E-mail address – for login and account identity.
- Name – optional, if you provide it.
- Date of birth – to verify the 18+ age requirement and for the birthday discount.
- Points and loyalty transaction history.
- Chosen app language.
We do not collect location or payment data and we do not sell any products online.
Purposes and legal bases
- Running the loyalty program (earning and redeeming points) – performance of a contract and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Marketing and analytics cookies – based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw anytime.
Recipients and processors
The following services process data:
- Supabase – database and sign-in (account, points, history; servers within the EU). The website also reads the store opening hours from it.
- Resend – sending e-mails from the app (e.g. e-mail confirmation, password reset).
- Expo – delivery of app updates.
- Hostinger – hosting of the web version of the app (cannabizzd.app).
- GoDaddy – hosting of this website (cannabizzd.eu), including the provider's own monitoring script and cookies.
- jsDelivr – content delivery network from which the website loads the library for the connection to Supabase.
- Google (Google Tag, Google Ads) – traffic measurement and advertising, only with consent.
- Featurable – display of public Google reviews, only with consent; the authors' profile pictures are loaded from Google.
We do not sell data to third parties.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. After deletion, data is permanently removed. Cookies and data stored in the browser have their own lifetimes, see the table below.

Google's lifetimes are as stated in Google's documentation; cookies on Google domains are managed by Google and you can delete them in your browser settings. We are asking the host (GoDaddy) to switch its script off.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and to withdraw consent anytime. Requests: info@cannabizzd.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all data anytime in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by e-mail request. Step-by-step instructions: Delete account (Slovak).
Age
The website and app are intended only for persons over 18 years old.
Changes

Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir auf cannabizzd.eu und in der CannaBizz'D Treue-App verarbeiten und welche Rechte du nach der DSGVO hast.
Welche Daten
Website: Beim Besuch kannst du im Cookie-Banner Google-Dienste (Reichweitenmessung und Werbung) sowie Featurable (Anzeige von Google-Bewertungen) zulassen. Beides nutzen wir nur mit deiner Einwilligung; du kannst sie jederzeit über den Link Cookie-Einstellungen im Seitenfuß ändern oder widerrufen. Das Google Tag wird auf der Seite immer geladen, daher erhält Google grundlegende technische Daten des Besuchs (z. B. die IP-Adresse), setzt aber ohne deine Einwilligung keine Cookies. Der Server kann technische Daten (IP-Adresse) vorübergehend protokollieren. Der Hosting-Anbieter (GoDaddy) fügt zusätzlich ein eigenes Monitoring-Skript und Cookies hinzu, die wir von der Website aus nicht beeinflussen können; wir bitten den Anbieter, das Skript abzuschalten.
Treue-App:
- E-Mail-Adresse – für Login und Kontoidentität.
- Name – optional, falls angegeben.
- Geburtsdatum – zur Altersprüfung (18+) und für den Geburtstagsrabatt.
- Punkte und Verlauf der Treuetransaktionen.
- Gewählte App-Sprache.
Wir erfassen keine Standort- oder Zahlungsdaten und verkaufen keine Produkte online.
Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Betrieb des Treueprogramms – Vertragserfüllung und berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO).
- Marketing- und Analyse-Cookies – auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), jederzeit widerrufbar.
Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter
Folgende Dienste verarbeiten Daten:
- Supabase – Datenbank und Anmeldung (Konto, Punkte, Verlauf; Server in der EU). Die Website liest dort auch die Öffnungszeiten der Filialen.
- Resend – Versand von E-Mails aus der App (z. B. E-Mail-Bestätigung, Passwort zurücksetzen).
- Expo – Auslieferung von App-Updates.
- Hostinger – Hosting der Web-Version der App (cannabizzd.app).
- GoDaddy – Hosting dieser Website (cannabizzd.eu), einschließlich des eigenen Monitoring-Skripts und der Cookies des Anbieters.
- jsDelivr – Content-Delivery-Netzwerk, von dem die Website die Bibliothek für die Verbindung zu Supabase lädt.
- Google (Google Tag, Google Ads) – Reichweitenmessung und Werbung, nur mit Einwilligung.
- Featurable – Anzeige öffentlicher Google-Bewertungen, nur mit Einwilligung; die Profilbilder der Autoren werden von Google geladen.
Wir verkaufen keine Daten an Dritte.
Speicherdauer
Kontodaten werden gespeichert, solange dein Konto aktiv ist. Nach der Löschung werden die Daten dauerhaft entfernt. Cookies und im Browser gespeicherte Daten haben eigene Laufzeiten, siehe Tabelle unten.

Kontolöschung
